Andrew Ziffer
Andrew is a long-time real estate owner, manager and investor. He has invested in, and actively managed, both single-family and multi-family/apartment properties. Andrew expanded his investments to commercial property and joined Greenleaf Capital as a partner to launch its Triple Net property fund. His focus is on national tenant commercial properties across the Southeast. Andrew holds a real estate license in Georgia and Florida.

Andrew attended the University of Florida and currently lives in Dunwoody, GA with his wife and son, who is the light of his life. He is an avid runner, having completed the New York and Chicago Marathons along with over 100+ other races. Andrew also enjoys a good home renovation project. The Ziffer family loves traveling, the farther the better! Andrew is also an active community volunteer and is a firm believer in leading by example. Andrew has devoted more than 10 years volunteering in our local school system in various leadership positions, helped start a medical non-profit (PHACE Syndrome Community) for families affected by PHACE Syndrome and has sat on the board of multiple non-profits.
